Bruce will be selling and signing his books (including the new Parlophone book) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. His table will be located outside the Potomac Ballroom. He will be giving three A/V presentations in the Chesapeake Room. His first presentation will be on Saturday at 2:30 pm and will cover the Beatles U.K. records released on Parlophone during 1962 – 1965. At 5:30 pm on Saturday he will give his presentation on how Beatlemania evolved in America, which cover the Beatles first U.S. visit and the convoluted events leading up to it. A portion of this presentation details the Beatles in Washington, D.C. Bruce’s final presentation will be on Sunday at 2:30 pm and will cover the Beatles U.K. records released on Parlophone and Apple from 1966 – 1970. All presentations include music and images, with the Beatlemania in America presentation also containing a rarely heard 1964 interview with Paul and Walter Cronkite’s February 7, 1964 broadcast of the Beatles arrival at Kennedy Airport. And that’s the way it is!
